Short description

This project approaches journalism with its news reporting as an authoritative knowledge-producing institution. It investigates what form of knowledge news is. How is it claimed, produced and justified by journalists in the news room?
How do we as receivers of news think about what we read or watch and what form of knowledge is then formed? How are these forms of knowledge related to journalism as condition for democracy?
