Research; In terms of research, I am interested in issues in the field of tension between organizational and professional issues, often from a power perspective. More specifically, I have researched phenomena such as collaboration, conflicts in organizations, social committees, how professionals handle congestion and quality monitoring systems such as Open Comparisons. I am also interested in metaphors and their role in knowledge systems such as theories.
