About Linnea Bärebring

I am a Registered Dietitian, PhD and Associate Professor in clinical nutrition. I am a senior lecturer at the Department of Internal Medicine and Clinical Nutrition.

Research

My research is focused on the relation between diet and cardiometabolic health or risk of chronic disease. I study these relations using both intervention studies and observational data. I am also interested in the development and application of different dietary assessment methods.

Teaching

I teach at the dietetics program, at bachelor and master level, and supervise students at bachelor, master and doctoral level. I am course leader for the courses Nutrition 1, the Bachelor´s Thesis in Clinical Nutrition and Dietary Assessment Methods.
