Areas of interestIssues concerning globalisation and cultural heritage, museums and representation. Have previously done research about ethnicity, nationalism, orientalism, politics and biography, and tourism.

Current researchConstructions of geographical and cultural space in museums.

Teaching and tutoringDirector of studies for Museion and the master’s programme for International Museum Studies. Teaches also in the master’s programme in Global Studies.
