Faculty of Education
The Faculty of Education offers programs in several areas within the field of education, including learning and teaching among children, young people and adults, as well as leadership and pedagogy. The Faculty provides education for both prospective teachers and qualified teachers seeking further professional development. Among our students are also future food economists, sports coaches, educational leaders and health promotion professionals.
Research at the Faculty addresses critical questions within key areas of contemporary society. Topics include the content of teaching and learning in schools, the role of digital technology in learning processes, and how assessment and grading can predict future academic success. Our researchers also explore specific issues related to sustainable development, health, school organisation and educational planning.
