Support for seminars, conferences and workshops
Researchers at the University of Gothenburg who want to organise transdisciplinary seminars or conferences relating to a theme within the Centre for Sea and Society’s work area may apply to receive practical and financial support from the Centre for a maximum of 30 000 SEK.
To receive seminar or conference support, researchers from at least two faculties at the University of Gothenburg have to be involved in the event. Furthermore, the theme of the event ought to fall within Sea and Society’s work area and the applying researcher has to be a member of the Centre.
Sea and Society especially welcomes applications for seminars and conferences arranged at any of the two research stations on Tjärnö and Kristineberg, where there are excellent conference premises and accommodations to stay overnight.
