About Ann-Sophie Lindqvist Bagge

Background

Ann-Sophie Lindqvist Bagge defended her PhD in 2004. She received her associate professorship in 2017 and currently holds a teaching position focused on health psychology at Gothenburg University.

Dr Lindqvist Bagge became a licensed psychologist in 2011 and she is specialist in psychological treatment/psychotherapy and in addiction psychology. She has held clinical positions in forensic psychiatry, occupational health care and in specialized psychiatry.

Dr Lindqvist Bagge is a hired expert in the field of psychological treatment, health psychology and psychological research.

Teaching

Dr Lindqvist Bagge develops, and is responsible for, university courses in health psychology and in addiction psychology. Dr Lindqvist Bagge supervises students and acts as an examiner.

Ongoing research

Dr Lindqvist Bagge's main research relates to the relationship between somatic- and mental health. She is part of research groups with colleagues from the Sahlgrenska University Hospital, Sahlgrenska Academy and from CELAM (Center for Ethics, Law and Mental Health) and Wallenberg Centre of Molecular and Translational Medicine at the University of Gothenburg.
