The Lancet Commission on Peaceful Societies through Health Equity and Gender Equality

In 2023, the QoG Institute initiated a cooperation with the Lancet Commission on Peaceful Societies through Health Equity and Gender Equality. The Lancet Commission is an independent and interdisciplinary initiative of 20 Commissioners and other collaborators, originally set up in 2019 to explore the untapped intersections between Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 for health and well-being, SDG 5 on gender equality, and SDG 16 for peace, justice, and strong institutions.
