An equal Nordic Region

How do we achieve an equal Nordic Region that includes everyone? We provide new and in-depth Nordic perspectives on current issues and highlight challenges to the Nordic welfare model.

The projects of the focus area relate to issues such as experiences of sexual harassment, inclusion/exclusion, economic vulnerability and the living conditions of LGBTI people.

Most of the Nordicprojects are run by NIKK, Nordic Information for Knowledge on Gender, a cooperation body under the Nordic Council of Ministers. NIKK is placed at the Swedish Secretariat for Gender Research.
