AQUASERV: Free access to the Tjärnö Laboratory

Apply for a fully funded stay at the Tjärnö Laboratory. The transnational access programme AQUASERV funds your stay if you are a PhD student, researcher or research engineer within sustainable aquaculture, ecological restoration or blue economy research.

The AQUASERV project offers free transnational access to advanced infrastructure and instrumentation to advance your research in sustainable aquaculture, fisheries, ecological restoration and blue economy. The project includes 40 scientific institutions across Europe, among them Tjärnö Marine Laboratory and Kristineberg Center.

Both academic researchers and industry may apply to have their stay funded by the AQUASERV project. The project reimburses all costs for travel, accommodations and for using the infrastructure, up to 30 days for two persons per project.

AQUASERV is funded by the European Union and is primarily aimed at researchers based in European Union Member States and Associated Countries. However, researchers based outside these regions are also eligible to apply.
